OH WHAT A NIGHT!

In the latter part of 2011 the Las Vegas scripted and choreographed production of OH WHAT A NIGHT! a musical tribute to FRANKIE VALLI & THE FOUR SEASONS toured throughout the East coast of Australia. The tour was a resounding success and exceeded all expectations during the 54 shows over the 10 week schedule.
We are delighted to announce that the show in contracted to return to Australia in the first quarter of 2013 and have already accepted a twelve show season engagement at The Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre from 16 January through 27 January.
We are currently booking the period 29 January through March 3, 2013, with the exception of 7, 8 & 9 February as this has been taken up for four shows over the three dates at The Palms at Crown in Melbourne.
While the smash hit Jersey Boys is a scripted musical biography of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons, OH WHAT A NIGHT! is a lovingly conceived concert tribute which features all of the original hits as well as several top 10 releases not included in Broadway's Tony award-winning hit.
OH WHAT A NIGHT! is a musical tribute to Franki Valli & The Four Seasons. Sherry, Big Girls Don't Cry, Walk Like a Man, Can't Take My Eyes Off You, My Eyes Adored You, Walking My Way Back To You, Let's Hang On and Who Loves You are just some of the many hits that you'll enjoy from the songbook of those boys from Jersey. OH WHAT NIGHT! includes Frankie Valli's biggest solo hit from the blockbuster musical Grease!
Between the score of recognisable tunes, OH WHAT A NIGHT! delivers informative and often hilarious banter between the stella, high spirited and talented performers.
The cast of OH WHAT A NIGHT! stay absolutely true to the original recordings, so much so that it has to be pointed out that they are singing live. The end result is a show as fresh and relevant today as it is nostalgic for the purists.

AUSTRALIAN TOUR 2012 CANCELLED
Today , 5 March 2012, I received advice from Bobby Rydell’s long time personal manager that Bobby’s health situation has deteriorated significantly and is currently very serious. Urgent major surgery is required.
I have discussed this situation with Bobby, his wife Linda and his musical director of more than thirty years, David Kovnat.
It is clear from these discussions, and more importantly from the medical advice provided to him, that Bobby Rydell is unable to travel. This means he is unable to travel to Australia for the 2012 tour.
Accordingly, Bobby has advised that there is no alternative other than for the Bobby Rydell Australian tour 2012 be cancelled. He awaits major surgery.
A national media release has been distributed to all major media outlets, including those that have published articles and advertised the show.
It is most regretful that the tour has been cancelled by Bobby due to his medical condition.
Please contact your ticket provider for your refund.
Please accept my apology for any inconvenience this has caused
